OSOB PRIVACY.

Pre-release draft · October 8, 2026. OSOB is in development and not yet publicly available. This is not the final production privacy policy.

Game progress stays on your device

OSOB does not send locally stored game progress to Dustoff Designs. Settings, earned Trophy Credits, achievements, match statistics, earned cosmetic ownership and selections, free-game mastery and solo bests are stored on the player’s device for preferences and progression. OSOB does not send these records for advertising or to a developer-operated gameplay service. Your device’s normal backup and restoration settings may apply.

The current advertising configuration

OSOB has no player account or standalone gameplay analytics service. The current house-only Release configuration shows bundled Dustoff Designs announcements and does not call Google Mobile Ads startup, run Google’s User Messaging Platform consent flow, or request network ads. Those frameworks are still packaged in the current candidate so the production path can be tested before launch; packaged frameworks can perform load-time local support setup, and the development configuration uses only Google’s official test inventory.

The SDKs declare possible data use when active, so their presence must still be reconciled in the final App Store privacy answers. Paid ad requests are gated on the current consent status and are limited to non-gameplay placements.

Before a monetized release

Before a monetized public build is submitted, this policy must be updated from Google’s then-current data disclosures and Dustoff Designs’ final choices for launch regions and audience age. The 1.0 implementation requests non-personalized advertising, disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier, and does not request Apple’s tracking permission, but Google may still use identifiers for purposes such as frequency capping and aggregated reporting. The App Store privacy answers must match that exact shipping configuration.

The app does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, health information, the microphone, the camera, or Bluetooth.

Static sponsor marks

A paid direct sponsor may also appear as clearly labeled, non-tappable static field paint. That bundled field mark has no click target, network request, impression reporting, or player-tracking path of its own.

Removing local data

Deleting the app removes its locally stored settings and progress, subject to the device platform’s normal backup and restoration behavior.

Purchases and Apple records

Purchases are not enabled in the current development build. If supported purchases are enabled in a future release, Apple handles payment through the App Store. OSOB does not ask for your email address or card details to issue receipts.

The app’s Purchases / Receipts screen can show verified Apple transaction data for supported products: product identifier, purchase date, transaction reference, refund or revocation information, and whether the record is a test or real App Store transaction. These records support purchase confirmation and eligible restoration; they are not tax receipts. Apple provides the official payment record through Apple purchase history. Earned Trophy Credits are not purchases.
