Before we make it
KNOW WHAT
YOU’RE GETTING.
Prints made for your order
Shop Prints lists reviewed designs with their price, material, color options and production estimate. Each item is printed on demand and shipped. We do not promise stocked inventory. Online checkout remains unavailable until payment, shipping and order rules are configured.
Custom design and printing
Send your idea or model with dimensions, quantity, intended use, and any material or color preferences. We review the request before confirming scope, price, and production timing. Sending a request does not place an order.
Approval and payment
Your written quote identifies the work, included revisions, material, quantity, total price, any deposit, and when the balance is due. Review it before paying. Changes to an approved design may require a revised quote.
Shipping and timing
Shipping availability, charges, taxes where applicable, and estimated production and delivery timing are confirmed for your project before payment. Shop shipping charges are shown before payment; custom delivery is agreed in the quote. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Changes, cancellations, and problems
Cancellation and return terms must be included in your written quote before you pay. If they are missing, ask us to clarify them. For a damaged shipment, a print problem, or a requested change, contact the studio with your reference and photographs where useful.
Files and permissions
Only send files you own or have permission to share and have printed. Tell us the source and license for a downloaded model. Ownership and reuse rights for newly commissioned design files are agreed in the quote; ordering a physical print does not automatically include the source files.
Intended use matters
3D prints vary with material, geometry, and use. Tell us about heat, outdoor exposure, loads, food contact, or other special requirements before ordering. Small miniature parts can present choking hazards. Website images and renders are not safety certifications.
Apps and designs in development
Items marked “Under development” are not available to order or download. Features, designs, and release plans may change. We do not take payment for an unreleased concept through this website.
