Information you share
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, project description, selected services, and any details or files you provide. These may include dimensions, material, color, quantity, budget, and timing. We record your consent to be contacted and a reference for the request.
What we use it for
We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, prepare quotes, and manage agreed work. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Your uploaded files are not automatically published as portfolio examples.
Private project records
Requests, files, internal notes, quotes, and invoice records are protected by a private business login. Authorized team members receive access appropriate to their roles. Public visitors do not need an account. The admin workspace uses its own username and password, hashed passwords, protected session cookies, and access logs.
Hosting and email
This site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, records, and file storage. Providers may process connection and diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service. Optional email alerts use Resend when configured and include a request reference and service category, not uploaded file contents.
Payments
Checkout and invoice links lead to Stripe, which processes card details under its own privacy notice. For shop orders we retain selected prints/options, quantities, prices, agreed terms, name, email, shipping address, payment and refund references/status, and fulfillment/tracking history. Custom invoice payments are verified and recorded by management. We do not store card numbers. Stripe remains the source of truth for payments it processes. Private order-status links show limited order and shipping progress to their holders; keep these links private. Do not put card details in a project request.
Security and cookies
We use submission limits and short-lived, hashed connection identifiers to reduce spam. Those identifiers expire and are cleared during subsequent requests. We have not added advertising trackers or a separate visitor-analytics service. The private admin uses an essential sign-in cookie. Hosting and payment providers may also use technical cookies for their services.
Access, corrections, and deletion
Use the support form or email info@dustoffdesigns.com to ask about information you supplied, correct it, or request deletion. Include your request reference if available. Records needed for agreed work or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
Children and app privacy
This business website and its inquiry form are intended for adults. Do not submit children’s personal information. Each app will have its own privacy information before release; this website notice is not an app-specific App Store privacy policy.
